A fox balances on a wheelie bin, a house turns itself inside out, three notes drift apart across 1,300 metres.
Through sculpture, performance and installation I explore how things can appear fixed and stable while everything that makes them up remains in continual motion. The illusion of stability makes the everyday appear fixed and beyond our influence. I use precarious balance to reveal the fragility of the social and material arrangements that hold things in place, and our agency within their continual change
