B♭ Minor Arrangement for 3 Musicians and 1300 Meters on the Nakdong River

Surface   Installation, Yetae Art Museum

A series of works composing rhythm from distance, using the landscape of Chilgok to explore experiences of space and time.
Working with local musicians and boat drivers to choreograph a sound performance using the landscape as a compositional element

Surface  Black ink reflecting pool and underwater speakers

Visualising the B♭ minor chord played on the Nakdong River flowing outside the museum.
3 underwater speakers play the B♭ minor chord, below audible frequency.  Ripples are created on the inky water surface distorting light from the musicians trumpets.
